Je sais bien que l'Afghanistan ne se trouve pas en Afrique, mais je trouvais intéressant de s'intéresser aux conséquences de l'augmentation drastique des matières alimentaires de base ( riz, froment, ... ) qui elles touchent également l'Afrique.
